I am a seeker, a mover, and a vessel of creation. Through the sacred language of dance and movement, I have spent over three decades exploring the infinite expression of the soul, traveling across more than 20 countries to share, learn, and expand.
As a Dance Movement Therapist, a Performing Arts graduate, and a professional dancer, my journey has been woven through the rhythms of Classical Ballet, my foundation, and the fluidity of Neoclassical, Contemporary, Jazz, Musical Theater, and Show Business. My body has spoken the poetry of movement on the stages of the Moulin Rouge, Institut Supérieur d’Art, Opéra de Bordeaux, Prodanza Cuba, Ontario Ballet Theater, and many more.
But my path is not just about movement, it is about awakening, transformation, and connection. Drawn to the profound wisdom of the East, I immersed myself in the sacred teachings of yoga, training in India with the Sivananda School and embracing the sacred flow of Sivananda, Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Dharma, and Ashtanga yoga across India, the Maldives, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Canada, and Mexico.
I have had the honor of directing yoga centers, dance schools, and healing spaces in different parts of the world, creating sanctuaries where the body, mind, and spirit unite in harmony. Movement, for me, is a divine prayer, an offering to the universe, a celebration of life.
Yet, among all my roles, the most profound and sacred is motherhood. My greatest choreography is the dance of nurturing, loving, and guiding a soul on its own path. Motherhood has been my greatest teacher, reminding me that true creation begins in the heart and that love is the most sacred rhythm of all.
I walk this journey with reverence, gratitude, and an open heart ready to continue
